We share your information with:
- Insurance Agents: When an agent purchases a lead, they receive the dealership's contact information to facilitate insurance quotes.
- Payment Processors: Stripe processes all payments. We do not store your credit card information.
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our service (hosting, email, analytics).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized platform administrators.
- AI Processing: Call transcripts may be processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to evaluate call quality and detect potential fraud. Contact information (names, phone numbers) is removed from transcripts before AI processing. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
- Call recordings are retained for up to 90 days for dispute resolution purposes, then deleted.
- You may request a copy of any recording of a call in which you participated by contacting us.
